十句五定法简要说明

全篇一共10句，两段各5句；五定就是锁定5句骨架句：第1、5、6、9、10句，剩下2、3、4、7、8为细节填充句

Para1（5句）：1定（情绪开场）、2细节、3对话/心理、4细节、5定（过渡悬念，引出第二段）

Para2（5句）：6定（第二段开头承接）、7细节、8细节、9定（解决冲突+感悟）、10定（主题升华）

十大母版句（按1～10顺序）

Para 1 第一段

【句1｜定句：衔接原文，心理情绪开场】

Sb was overwhelmed with a strong sense of +情感名词 when sb did sth.

变体：A sense of +情感名词 washed over/seized sb as …

例句：A sense of panic washed over me as I realized we got lost.

翻译：当我意识到我们迷路时，一阵恐慌席卷了我。

情感词：relief宽慰、guilt愧疚、excitement激动、fear恐惧、gratitude感激

【句2｜细节描写：非谓语伴随】

Doing sth, sb did sth. / Sb, doing sth, did sth.

例句：Trembling slightly, I struggled to keep calm.

翻译：我微微颤抖，努力保持冷静。

【句3｜心理独白 / 对话】

An idea suddenly occurred to sb that … / “…”, sb whispered, eyes fixed on …

例句：An idea suddenly occurred to me that we could ask for help.

翻译：我突然想到，我们可以求助。

【句4｜细节描写：with复合结构】

Sb did sth, with +名词 + doing/done/adj.

例句：He stared at me, with tears rolling down his cheeks.

翻译：他望着我，泪水顺着脸颊滑落。

例句：Little did I know that help was on the way.

Para 2 第二段

【句6｜定句：承接第二段段首提示句，重启情节】

Driven by +名词, sb made up his mind to do sth.

例句：Driven by determination, I made up my mind to carry on.

翻译：在决心的驱使下，我决定坚持下去。

【句7｜动作链描写（连续动作）】

Upon doing sth, sb did A, then B, and finally C.

例句：Upon spotting the sign, I took a deep breath, ran forward and waved wildly.

翻译：看到标识后，我深吸一口气，向前奔跑并用力挥手。

【句8｜环境烘托/情绪转变】

Gradually, one’s … gave way to …（情绪转变）

例句：Gradually, my anxiety gave way to relief.

翻译：渐渐地，我的焦虑化为宽慰。

【句9｜定句：冲突解决，引出感悟】

It dawned on sb that … / Only then did sb realize that …（倒装高分）

例句：It dawned on me that kindness could light up the darkest moment.

翻译：我渐渐明白，善意可以照亮最黑暗的时刻。

【句10｜定句：结尾升华，全文点睛】

What mattered most was not … but …

例句：What mattered most was not the result but the love between us.

翻译：最重要的不是结果，而是我们之间的爱。

✅ 考场使用提醒

1. 不要生硬硬套！替换名词、动词，贴合原文人物和情节，避免模板痕迹过重；

2. 词数控制：10句总词数140–170，单句12–18词最合适；

3. 五定5句是骨架，优先构思写好；中间2/3/4/7/8灵活填充动作、神态、环境、对话。

4. 情感词积累：relief, gratitude, determination, regret, panic, astonishment, warmth
