In our busy school life, proper relaxation is very important. It can help us study and work better.Last month, I was preparing for an important English exam. I spent too much time studying and felt very tired. Then I decided to relax for a while. I went for a walk in the park and listened to some music. After that, I felt much better and could focus on my study again. In the end, I got a good result in the exam.From this experience, I learned that relaxation is not a waste of time. It helps us reduce stress and improve efficiency. If we relax well, we can do better in both study and life.
