Longer Breaks Make Teenagers Healthier and Stronger 

    为落实教育部等五部门2025年11月颁布的《关于实施学生体质强健计划的意见》,全面实施《乘政策东风强体育担当2026春季学期吉林省中小学体育工作指南》,丰富学校大课间活动内容,校刊英语专栏以"阳光大课间,强健青少年"为主题面向学生进行征文。请你根据写作要求,用英语写一篇短文,向专栏投稿。
内容包括:
(1)简述大课间的意义;
(2)介绍大课间学生们的活动内容(至少三项),以及这些活动给同学们带来的变化;(3)提出你对学校大课间活动的具体建议(一条),并写出理由;(4)倡议大家积极参加大课间的活动。写作要求:
(1)层次清晰,语言流畅,内容可以适当发挥;(2)词数在90-100之间;(3)书写规范,卷面整洁;
(4)文中不能出现考生姓名和学校名称。
    

评分标准:

第五档:(14-15分)完全符合题意,包含斤有要求的内容要点,结构合理,语言流畅,语句优美,思路清晰,逻辑性强。能使用较为丰富的句子结构和词汇,基本上没有语法,词汇,大小写和标点错误,格式正确,书写规范工整。

第四档::(11-13分)基本符合题意,包含所有要求的内容要点,结构较为合理,语言较为流畅,意思表述清楚。虽有个别语法和词汇错误,但不影响理解,书写较为规范工整。

第三档:(8-10分)不完全符合题意,包含所斤有要求的内容要点,但结构欠合理,少数语句意思表达不够清楚。语法和词汇错误较少,但不影响理解,书写基本规范。

第二档:(5-7分)未能按要求完成规定的写作任务,只包含少数内容要点,结构不合理,多数语句意思表述不够清楚。语法和词汇错误较多,影响理解,书写欠规范。

第一档:(0-4分)只写出个别词语,内容不可读,结构不完整,语法和词汇错误很多,书写混乱。

注意:

1.文中应包含提示所列的6个要点。

第一个大要点:大课间的意义,2分;

第二个大要点:大课间学生们的活动内容,3分;

第三个大要点:大课间活动给同学们带来的变化,2分;第四个大要点:针对大课间活动的具体建议,2分;

第五个大要点:针对大课间活动的具体建议的理由,2分;第六个大要点:倡议参加大课间活动,1分。

2.词数不足80个,扣1分。

3.要点时态应该用一般现在时

注意:大作文核心时态应该是一般现在时,人称可以是 we/they如果表达运动之后的变化,可以使用过去式,表达今昔对比。

4.文中出现的单词拼写错误,语法错误,标点符号错误,每处扣0.5分。

5。没分段,扣1分。

Students these days have longer breaks between classes.These breaks are important because they help us relax from study and keep fit.
During the longer break,we do many fun 
activities. Some students play ball 
games, such as ping-pong,football and 
basketball.Others run around the playground. Many also jump rope.These activities 
make us more energetic and stronger.
What's 
more, we feel happier and learn to work as a team. However, some students have sore legs after exereising. So my suggestion is 
to add a five-minute walking cool-down 
after each activity. This can help our 
bodies relax slowly and prevent injuries.
Let's take an active part in the longer 
break activities.Together, we can become 
healthier, stronger and happier.
