1. Struggle Changes Our Life
Pang Zhongwang was born in a poor family. His mother is disabled and his father is in poor health. He had to look after his family and do housework from an early age. Instead of giving up, he studied hard day after day.
With great efforts, he entered Tsinghua University. Later he devotes himself to scientific research to serve our country.

2. Make Good Use of AI
Now AI is everywhere around us. It brings lots of changes to our life.
AI makes our daily life more convenient. Smart machines make housework easier. At school, AI tools provide personalized exercise and help check homework. Besides, AI can help us look up useful information quickly and learn new knowledge easily.
However, every coin has two sides. Some students rely on AI to copy homework instead of solving problems on their own.
In my opinion, AI plays an important role in our life, but it can't take the place of human thinking. We shouldn't depend on AI too much. We should use AI properly. As students, we should make good use of AI to improve ourselves and thinking independently.

3. My Unforgettable Growth Experience
In my junior high school life, I have had many meaningful experiences. One of them is learning to swim.
At first, I was afraid of water. My father encouraged me not to give up. I practiced every weekend. Sometimes I fell into the water and felt scared, but I kept trying. After a month, I could swim well.
From this experience, I learned that nothing is impossible if we keep trying. It makes me braver and more confident.
我难忘的成长经历
在我的初中生活中，我经历了许多有意义的经历。其中之一就是学习游泳。
起初，我害怕水。我父亲鼓励我不要放弃。我每个周末都练习。有时我掉进水里，感到很害怕，但我还是继续尝试。一个月后，我能游得很好。
