参考范文

Dear Kate,

Its a good idea to have a collection of English essays. In a gesture tomake the collection more appealing, I am writing to offer my tip and help .

What comes first, it is highly recommended to add some illustrations. Not only can vivid pictures break the dullness of text, but they can also help readers better understand the ideas in the essays. Plus, I would love to volunteer as the illustrator for this booklet. With a great passion for drawing and having won several art awards, I am confident to create suitable images for the chosen essays.

Hopefully you will take my suggestion into account. Looking forward to your early reply!                                                                                                                                                                                                    Yours,                                                                                                             Li Hua

参考范文

Struck by the doctor’s warning, I knew I had to make a change. Meanwhile,a sense of regret welled up from the bottom of my heart  so that I was determined to go to bed before 11 p.m. and get up at 6:30 a.m. every day. Immedaiately I went back to school, a detailed timetable was made and put into action the next day. It was not easy but challenging to struggle with my previous habits, but every time I was on the edge of quitting, the medical report sprang to mind. Day after day,I forced myself to stick to my planned schedule.

Slowly but surely, my efforts to adjust to the new routine paid off.I was accustomed to the new schedule gradually and two weeks later, it became no more a struggle but a new habbit. What amazed me most was that my physical discomfort fade away and I felt refreshed and energetic all day long. Different from what I used to believe, studying in the early morning turned out to be much more productive. Besides,I didn't rush to finish homework any more. Undoubtedly, I would never forget this sepcial experience because it was this expercience  that made me aware of the significance of health and a good sleeping habit.

M: OK. Now, let’s briefly review what we have done in the past few days.We set off on Monday morning and arrived in Melbourne after a two-hour bus ride. We started with a guided tour of Eureka Tower. After lunch, we walked along Collins Street, taking in the view of Town Hall. We then took a walk through Chinatown to the State Library. Unexpectedly, we also met Markus Zusak, the author of The Book Thief, at the library. On Tuesday morning, we enjoyed the beauty of the Botanical Gardens, followed by a tour of the Victorian Parliament House in the afternoon. Today is Wednesday. We spent most of the morning on Swanston Street studying the historic architecture. Now, we’ve finished lunch. It’s time to head back to school and you can enjoy the views through the bus windows on the way. A big thank you to my fellow teachers and parent volunteers for your wonderful help. The students had a great time and learned a lot.
