2020 济南中考英语作文|书信类「邀请函」三件套

2020 这道「邀请外教参加茶文化节」，是六年里唯一一道邀请函。它和你以后还会遇到的自荐信、申请信是同一个骨架——应用文的分，是一句一句“办事情”办出来的。

中国历史源远流长，中华文化博大精深，其中茶文化是重要代表。为弘扬中国传统文化，你校将在近期举办一场“茶文化节”。假定你是学生会主席王华，请写信邀请你校外教 Linda 参加。

内容包括：

1. 发出邀请；2. 时间：9 月 27 日晚 7:00—9:00；地点：大礼堂；3. 具体活动安排。

注意：词数 100 左右，开头和结尾已给出，不计入总词数；可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯；不得出现真实的人名、校名等相关信息。

已给开头：Dear Linda, We are going to have a tea culture festival in our school.

先说一个送分细节：

题目给了两个相关词汇——auditorium（大礼堂）和 president of the student union（学生会主席）。给参考词汇不是好心，是提示：这两个词都要用上。用了，说明你看懂了题目设定；漏了 president，你的“身份”就没交代——邀请函是以学生会主席的名义发的，身份是这封信生效的前提。

最容易丢分的一个地方

活动安排写空了。

❌ We will have many interesting activities.——题目第三条要求“具体活动安排”，这句等于没写。✅ 要写出两到三个具体活动，并且用分层词排好：Firstly… Next… In the end…阅卷人扫第二段，扫的就是有没有分层词＋具体活动名。“ many activities”这种话，直接掉一档。活动编不出来？抄文化常识就行：茶历史讲座、茶艺表演、茶诗分享——都是茶文化节的常规项目。

还有一个时态提醒：活动是将来要发生的，全文主体用一般将来时（will be held / we will have / there will be）。介绍茶文化这类普遍事实时才用一般现在时。把活动写成过去时，是这题最冤枉的丢分。

两档都掉在哪

降一档：三要素缺了“具体”，时间地点只写全了一半。

时间只写 September 27th，晚上 7:00—9:00 丢了——题目白纸黑字给的时间，抄都抄不全，最冤枉。活动那句 “many interesting activities, such as making tea and drinking tea”没有分层词、没有活动名。改法：时间写成 from 7:00 to 9:00 on the evening of September 27th；活动用 Firstly / Next / In the end 排三个，每个带一个具体名词（report / tea art performance / poems）。

降两档：三个要点丢了一半，信不像信。

没有身份句（谁发的邀请？）、时间只有 It is in the school（几点？哪里？）、活动一句带过。还有一个细节：降两档把邀请函写成了“打招呼”——应用文的每一段都要“办一件事”：第一段办邀请，第二段办安排，第三段办回复。改法：动笔前列三个词——邀请 / 时间地点 / 活动，逐条打钩，跟 2024 新闻稿一个套路。

一个只有一线老师才给得出的提醒：

这道题和 2024 的新闻稿是表亲：都是「把一件事的时间地点事项讲清楚」。区别只有一个——新闻稿写给“大家”，邀请函写给“一个人”，所以要多两句：对方的兴趣（I know you are interested in…）和请回复（Would you please…）。把这两句记住，中考所有书信类就剩换名词了。

今晚可以做的三件事

1. 把那九句抄一个本子上，明天早读念三遍。重点念时间地点那句——from 7:00 to 9:00 on the evening of September 27th，抄全它。
2. 把三档范文抄一遍，只抄英文。抄完盖住满分版，只看降一档，问自己：它丢了哪个时间信息？活动差在哪？
3. 让孩子用这九句，给你的某位老师编一封“邀请参加英语角”的短信——换名词练一遍，这封就会写了。
