①Rather than dismissing ourselves as unchangeable creatures of habit, we can instead direct our own change by consciously developing new habits. ②In fact, the more new things we try —the more we step outside our comfort zone —the more inherently creative we become, both in the workplace and in our personal lives.我们可以通过有意识地培养新习惯来引导自己改变，而不是，将自己视为一成不变的习惯性生物。事实上，我们尝试的新事物越多，我们就越能走出自己的舒适区，我们就越有内在的创造力，无论是在工作场所还是在我们的个人生活中。

dismissing部分是分词做状语，它的逻辑主语就是 “we”
这里可以这样写：we can instead direct our own change by consciously developing new habits，Rather than we dismissourselves as unchangeable creatures of habit. 这样写成两个句子
dismiss sth as sth：不考虑；对...不屑一顾，这里翻译成看作的意思
unchangeable adj. 不可改变的
creature n. 生物；动物（包括人）
②In fact, ①the more new things we try —②the morewe step outside our comfort zone —③the moreinherently creative we become, bothin the workplace and in our personal lives.事实上，我们尝试的新事物越多，我们就越能走出自己的舒适区，我们就越有内在的创造力，无论是在工作场所还是在我们的个人生活中。
这里是the more...the more...：越...越...。
例如：The more a man knows, the more he discovers his ignorance．一个人懂得越多，就越发现自己无知。
The longer you work with her, the better you'll like her．与她工作的时间越长，你就会越喜欢她。
这里的是3个the more结构。
step outside：走到外面；走出
comfort zone：舒适区
inherent adj. 内在的；固有的。—— inherently adv. 内在地；固有地
in部分是状语，用both...and...来连接的
总结：第三段是说，通过培养新的习惯来改变自己，走出舒适区，尝试新事物，这样，会更有创造力。（本质就是鼓励人们尝试新的东西）。
