Better Sleep
Sleep is very important for people’s health. However, many people sleep too late or have trouble falling asleep. These problems can lead to stress, low energy, and poor performance at work or school.
To improve sleep, first, try to go to bed at a regular time every night. Second, avoid using your phone or computer before sleeping, as the light can make it harder to relax. Also, don’t drink coffee, tea, or other drinks in the evening. Instead, we can read a book or listen to soft music to help calm our mind. I do hope everyone can develop better sleeping habits.

What will Tengfei High School Students Do in Their Summer Vacation?
Last week, we asked 100 students about their summer vacation activities. Our questions were about sports, art, cooking, reading and others. Here are the results.

Three Things to Do for Summer Vacation
With the temperature rising, a colorful vacation is around the corner. Three things come into my mind when I am making a list.
On the top of the list is a self-improvement plan, which includes reading books, watching movies and writing diaries. Besides, I also plan to build my body to keep a good shape and stay lively. I’ll invite some classmates to go to the gym together and keep a daily record. The last thing is to relax with friends. It’s a nice chance to meet some friends who I haven’t seen for a long time because of my busy study.

I think we should spend more time with family during holidays. Family members give us unconditional love and support, and holidays are the perfect time to strengthen these bonds.
