Dear Peter,
How are you? I'd like to share an interesting experience with you. During the Dragon Boat Festival this year, I learned how to make zongzi by watching a video.
To make zongzi, I prepared rice, beans, red dates, leaves, some string and a pot. First, I washed the rice, beans and red dates and then kept them in the water for hours. Next, after making a cone shape with the leaves, I put the ingredients into the cone. After that, I tied the zongzi with string. Finally, I boiled them over low heat until they were fully cooked.
When I tasted the zongzi I made by myself, I felt a strong sense of satisfaction. Making zongzi is really interesting. Why not give it a try and share your experience with me?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours,
Li Hua
