It can provide us with enough energy to study and play. Also, it helps build up our bodies and makes us stronger.However, some bad eating habits are common among us. Many students love eating sweet food, which is bad for our teeth. And fried food is popular too, but it can make us fat easily.So how can we have a healthy diet? First, we should eat regularly. Second, we are supposed to eat more fruits and vegetables, which are rich in vitamins. Third, drink more milk and water instead of sugary drinks. Last but not least, control the amount of food we eat and avoid overeating.Let’s start from now on and form a good eating habit. Only in this way can we keep healthy and enjoy a happy life.That’s all for my speech. Thank you for listening!
