Nowadays, AI can provide any information we need. In such an age, we need to learn wisely. To me, it means focusing on understanding and thinking while reading.

I used to spend hours reciting an English article word by word, but it was soon forgotten. Last term, with the guidance of my English teacher, I tried a new way to read an article. I first grasped the main ideas, then analyzed the writing logic, and discussed the writing purpose with group members. After fully understanding the article, I even expressed my own opinion about the topic.

This experience made me realize that true learning is not about memory, but about understanding and using knowledge, which will help us grow into thoughtful and capable learners.
