Last week, our school held a special activity called "Labor Education Week". I took part in the course about traditional Chinese food making. The course was designed to help us pass on traditional Chinese culture and improve our practical skills.
In the class, we were taught how to make zongzi, a traditional food eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival. The process was interesting but it required a lot of patience. First, bamboo leaves were washed and boiled for a few minutes to make them soft. Next, we folded the leaves into small cones , put sticky rice and red beans inside and tied them tightly with ropes. Finally, the zongzi were put into a pot of waterand boiledfor about two hours.
Through this practical experience, not only did I learn a new cooking skill, but I also realized the charm of traditional culture. Making Zongzi by myself made me feel proud of our Chinese traditions. It was truly a memorable lesson that I will never forget.

Last week, I visited Hefei Science and Technology Museum alone, where I saw many amazing inventions. The most interestingexhibit that impressed me deeply was the robot band.
The band is made up of five robots, which can play different musical instruments, such as drums, guitars and keyboards. These robots are controlled by special programs, so they can play complete songs by themselves. To my surprise, as soon as I chose a popular song by touching the screen, they began to play it immediately (right away). The music was so beautiful that many visitors stopped to listen and take photos.
