cover这个单词我们很熟悉了。我想你很直接的理解是它做动词，表示遮盖、覆盖。当然，也有名词的意思，比如遮盖物。那一本书的cover，是不是书的封面或封底呢？当然，在这句话中，使用了cover作为动词的另一个意思。一节讲座“覆盖”了很多重要的话题，是不是可以理解为一节讲座包含了很多话题呢？因此，这里的 cover 是包含、包括的意思。
B选项说Yes, it was very insightful. insightful，有启发性。这是对讲座内容的积极评价，因此B选项正确。
