急救素材

这份急救素材将人与自我类故事分为“信心建立”、“道德困扰”、“克服恐惧”、“自我期望与现实”四类,以①冲突解决前的负面情绪--②解决中的行为--③解决后的积极情绪--④主题升华为框架,能够帮助我们更有条理地组织思路,丰富我们的文章内容。

1.信心建立

故事模板:主人公面对自我怀疑,最终通过努力和坚持建立信心,完成挑战。

1.1 负面情绪(自我怀疑)

  • He felt a sinking feeling of self-doubt.

    他感到一种沉甸甸的自我怀疑。

  • Her lack of confidence made her voice tremble.

    由于缺乏自信,她的声音有些颤抖。

  • Doubt clouded his mind, making every step uncertain.

    疑云笼罩着他的心,让他的每一步都充满了不确定性。

  • She questioned her abilities, feeling inadequate.

    她怀疑自己的能力,觉得自己不够格。

1.2 解决过程(积极自我对话)

  • She reminded herself of past successes to boost her confidence.

    她提醒自己要记住过去的成功,以增强信心。

  • He practiced in front of the mirror to build his self-esteem.

    他对着镜子练习,以建立自尊。

  • Positive affirmations helped him regain his confidence.

    积极的自我肯定帮助他重拾自信。
