Build a Civilized School
现状：
Recently, school bullying has become a serious problem and result in very bad results. The pie chart clearly explains present situation that 15.6 percent of students are bullied at school and 30.2 percent of the students see others bullied. 41% percent of the victims choose to tell the police, teachers and parents about their situation, while 59% percent of them choose to keep silent.
影响
School bullying has a great number of negative effects on students. For example,They will become tired of studying and be afraid of anything. In addition, those students will also feel inferior，making it difficult for them to focus on their studies.
措施
In order to change the situation, some necessary measures should be taken . First of all, the government ought to make laws to punish these people who bully others. What's more, schools and parents pay more attention to students physical and mental health.At the same time,some practical schools rules should be made to punish whoever breaks them.
The most important is that students should rise awareness of the harm of bullying and try to get on well with others. When students are in trouble, they can ask the adults for help immediately.
观点
As far as I am concerned, only when we work together can we succeed in preventing bullying in schools and build a civilized school.
