是不是一看到这几组，脑子就乱成一团？很多同学背了好几遍，考试依旧选错，本质是分不清范围和名词搭配。

✅ another +单数名词 → 另一、再一（三者及以上里面的另一个）

例：This pen doesn’t work, give me another one. 这支笔坏了，给我另一支。

✅ the other +单数名词 → 两者之中的另一个

例：I have two bags. One is red, the other is blue. 我有两个包，一个红，另一个蓝。

✅ other +名词复数 → 其他的……（没有限定范围）

例：We should help other people. 我们应当帮助其他人。

✅ others（后面不加名词）= other +名词复数

例：Some students like math, others prefer English. 一些学生喜欢数学，另一些更喜欢英语。

✅ the others（后面不加名词）= the other +名词复数，特指剩余全部

例：Five of the students passed, the others failed. 5个学生通过了，剩下的全部没通过。

💡考场快速判断思路

① 看数量：只有2个 → the other；3个及以上的另一个 → another

② 看后面有没有名词：有名词用another / other / the other；无名词用others / the others

③ 看是否特指剩下全部：有明确剩余范围就带the

⚠️高频失分点

很多同学分不清others和the others，带the代表“剩下全部”，不带the只是“其余当中一部分”，这正是出题人最爱设置的陷阱。
