很多七年级同学学英语，单词背得不错，但写句子、做完形总是丢分。 问题往往就出在小小的连词身上。
新人教版七上 Unit 4 专门讲解 and、but、because 等连词，它不只是七上期末高频考点，更是中考的必考语法点，贯穿单选、完形、语篇填空、书面表达各大题型。
连词虽然都是短单词，但决定句子逻辑。逻辑错，整句话就错。今天这篇文章，把七年级上册全部核心连词讲透，配易错点 + 解题步骤 + 随堂练习，学生可以直接收藏刷题。
一、什么是连词？
连词（conj.）属于虚词，不能单独做句子成分，作用是连接词、短语、句子，体现前后的逻辑关系。
✅ 判断小技巧：连词后面一定跟着被连接的另一半；去掉连词，句子逻辑就断裂。
例句：
I like apples and bananas.（连接两个单词） You can stay at home or go with us.（连接两个动作） He is tired, but he keeps working.（连接两个完整分句）
⚠️考试高频坑：区分连词 vs 介词
- 介词（in /at/with /for）
：后面接名词、代词、动名词，不接完整句子
I go to school with my brother.（with 是介词）
- 连词
：后面可以接词、短语、完整句子
I like English and Chinese.（and 是连词）
二、一张表看懂七上全部核心连词
💡小分类：
and / but / or / so：并列连词，前后两部分地位平等 because / when：从属连词，引导从句，依附主句存在
三、并列连词精讲
🔹and：和；并且；然后
表并列，连接多个同等成分；三个及以上并列，只在最后一项前加 and
I like apples, bananas and oranges.
表顺承，翻译 “然后”
I get up at six and go to school.
and 连接两个主语作主语，谓语动词用复数
Tom and Jim are my friends.
🔹but：但是
表转折，前后语义相反
The bag is old, but it's useful.
❗重要规则：but 和 though/although 不能同时出现在一句话，二者二选一 拓展： not A but B不是 A，而是 B
He is not a teacher but a doctor.
🔹or：或者；也不；否则
表选择：或者
Do you like tea or coffee?
否定句中表并列，否定句用 or 代替 and
I don't like milk or juice.
祈使句 + or + 陈述句：否则，要不然
Hurry up, or you'll be late.
🔹so：所以
表结果，前面是原因，后面引出结果
It's raining, so we stay at home.
❗so 和 because 不能同时用在同一个句子 区分：so 作副词含义是 “如此、这么”，修饰形容词 / 副词，如 so good；只有连词才翻译 “所以”。
四、从属连词精讲
🔹because：因为
引导原因状语从句，专门回答 Why 提问。
— Why do you like art? — Because it's interesting.
位置：大多放在主句后面；放句首时，后面加逗号隔开主句
Because it's raining, we stay at home.
⚠️易混辨析：because + 完整句子because of + 名词/代词/动名词✅ because of the rain（正确） ❌ because of it rains（错误）
🔹when：当…… 的时候
引导时间状语从句，描述主句动作发生的时间。
When I'm free, I play basketball with my friends.
I play basketball with my friends when I'm free.
从句放句首，后面必须加逗号。
✅小考点「主将从现」：主句将来时，when 从句用一般现在时
We'll have a picnic when the weather is fine.
💡区分：when 也可以作疑问副词，单独提问时间：When is your birthday? 这时不引导从句。
五、三大高频易错点（考试丢分重灾区❗）
易错 1：because 和 so 不能成对出现
中文习惯 “因为…… 所以……”，英语只能选一个连词。 ❌错：Because I like English, so I join the English club. ✅对：Because I like English, I join the English club. ✅对：I like English, so I join the English club.
易错 2：肯定句用 and，否定句并列要用 or
❌错：I don't like milk and juice. ✅对：I don't like milk or juice.
易错 3：先判逻辑，再选连词
不要看到中文 “和” 就写 and，重点看两句逻辑。
He is tired, but he goes on working.（转折：很累，但是继续工作） He is tired, so he stops working.（因果：很累，所以停下工作）
同样的事实，逻辑关系不同，连词完全不一样。
六、连词解题四步法（做题直接套用）
1️⃣ 拆分句：用逗号、句号把句子切开，看清被连接的两部分
2️⃣ 判关系：心里翻译，判断是并列、转折、选择、因果还是时间
3️⃣ 选连词：并列 and｜转折 but｜选择 / 否定 or｜结果 so｜原因 because｜时间 when
4️⃣ 做检查：逗号位置、成分对等；禁止 because 与 so 同时出现。
📝记忆小卡片（可以抄在笔记本）
并列顺承用 and，转折却要用 but。
选择否定连接 or，“否则”同样也用or。
表示结果要用so，原因就用 because，
同句二者莫相伴，两个不能一起站。
时间 when 来把把关，先把关系判一判。
做题口诀：先拆分句，再判关系，然后选词，最后检查标点和对等。
