二、副词类（句中多见）
•already 已经（肯定句）

三、固定句型（高考单选 / 语法填空常考）
1.It is the first/second…time (that) + 现在完成时这是某人第几次做某事
2.It is the + 最高级 + 名词 +(that) + 现在完成时这是…… 最…… 的……
四、延续时间段
for + 一段时间（持续…… 多久）
注意：for 短语本身不强制现完，要看语境；搭配 since、so far 时几乎必用现在完成时 |
五、核心逻辑（理解优先）
现在完成时不强调动作发生在哪个具体过去时间，只强调：① 过去动作，对现在留下结果 / 影响；② 动作从过去持续到现在（可能继续）。
❗ 如果句子有明确过去时间点（yesterday, in 2010, last week），不能用现在完成时。  |
