there will come a day 有一天会到来
eventual adj. 最终的；最后的；结果的。—— eventually adv. 最后；最终
actual adj. 真实的；实际的；真正的。—— actually adv. 实际上；事实上
when部分是定语从句，这里可以替换成in which：when The New York Times ceases to publish stories on newsprint.

cease v. 停止
story n. 新闻报道。
newsprint n. 新闻用纸；白报纸（没有字的）
②Exactly when that day will beis a matter of debate.那一天究竟是什么时候仍是一个争议问题。
when部分是主语从句，即：那一天是什么时候（也就是什么时候来）。
that是代词，指代上一句说的纽约时报停止出版纸质版报纸的那一天（a day）。
debate n. 争论。
③“Sometime in the future,” the paper’s publisher said back in 2010.在2010的时候，《纽约时报》的出版商说过，“是未来的某一天。”
the部分是句子的主谓，正常版是这样的：the paper’s publisher said “Sometime in the future,” back in 2010.
这里因为是直接引语，就是双引号部分是publisher这个人说的原话，所以，这里的主谓放在了句子后面，而且，还可以用全倒装，比如：
“Sometime in the future,” said the paper’s publisher back in 2010.（这个就是全倒装）
这种写法在英语中非常的常见，尤其是使用全倒装，就算是间接引语，也可以使用全倒装。
publish vt. 出版；发表；公布。—— publication n. 出版；发行；发表；刊登。—— publisher n. 出版商；出版者
back in the day (days)：过去；从前；旧时；在过去的某个时候（这里是副词短语，做时间状语）
总结：第一段是说，《纽约时报》终有一天会停止出版纸质版的报纸。但是，具体是什么时候不知道，比如：2019.12.19，这篇文章发表的时间是2015.03.26。该报纸的出版商在2010说过，是未来的某一天。也就是说，具体是哪一天不知道，但是，肯定会有哪一天的，这是毫无疑问的。
