逐词精讲
1. call(v.)
**呼喊；啼叫 **
核心搭配：
call at : “访问”后接地点名词 ；e.g. My mother asked me to call at the post office on my way home.
call back叫回，召回；e.g. The manager had to call back the employees who had already left the office.
call…for help喊……帮忙；e.g. When the little girl fell down, she called her brother for help immediately.
注意事项：
call on 后接表示人的名词。
2. camel(n.)
骆驼；驼色
例句：
e.g. Camels can walk for many days in the desert without drinking water.
3. camera(n.)
照相机；电视摄像机
核心搭配：
digital camera数码相机e.g. I brought my digital camera to take photos during the school trip.
4. camp(n.)
& v. 军营；拘留所
核心搭配：
go camping野营度假e.g. We usually go camping in the mountains during summer vacation.
5. can(n.)
& v能；会；可能 can’t不可能
例句：
e.g. Can you help me with this math problem? I don't understand it.
6. Canada(n.)
加拿大
例句：
e.g. My uncle has been living in Canada for over ten years.
7. candle(n.)
蜡烛
核心搭配：
light candles点蜡烛e.g. She blew out all the candles on her birthday cake and made a wish.
8. candy(n.)
冰糖；糖果
例句：
e.g. The children were happy to get candy during the Halloween party.
9. cap(n.)
软帽；帽子
例句：
e.g. He always wears a baseball cap when he goes out in the sun.
10. capital(n.)
首都；省会
例句：
e.g. Beijing is the capital of China and has many famous historical sites.
11. ceiling(n.)
天花板；顶棚
例句：
e.g. The ceiling of our classroom has several lights to keep it bright.
12. celebrate(v.)
庆祝；举行
例句：
e.g. The whole team celebrated their victory with champagne.
13. cent(n.)
分
例句：
e.g. This pencil costs fifty cents at the bookstore near our school.
14. centre(n.)
中点；圆心
例句：
e.g. The shopping centre in our town has many stores and a cinema.
15. century(n.)
百年；世纪
核心搭配：
st century 21世纪e.g. The world has changed a lot in the twenty-first century.
