港大商学院 27Fall 提前批已于7月24日截止，面试邀请正在密集发放中。相比26Fall，今年节奏明显加快——去年提前批7 月底截止、8 月中旬才发 VI，今年截至7月底，会计、商业分析、全球管理、商业 AI、家族财富管理、市场营销等专业均已开始发邀。

收到面试邀请，意味着你的申请材料已经通过初筛，正式进入深度筛选阶段。Video 面试虽然不是实时对话，但招生官的评判标准反而更高——因为你有充足时间准备，他们期待的也是更高质量的回答。

1.1 面试性质

• 邀请制：并非所有申请人都会收到邀请，只有通过初筛的申请者才会被要求提交视频

• 家族财富管理硕士（MFWM）例外：所有申请人均需提交视频面试

• 收到邀请 = 进入深度筛选：视频为必交项，不提交将视为申请不完整，不予审理

四、答题策略与框架

4.1 推荐回答结构：15-60-15

每道题 90 秒，建议按以下时间分配：

最常见的错误就是：背景铺垫太长，最后留给"自己做了什么"的时间不够。

4.2 STAR 法则展开

4.3 关键原则：少说"We"，多说"I"

团队经历当然可以讲，但一定要让面试官听出来你的个人贡献。

❌ 不要一直说："We completed the project." "We achieved a good result."

✅ 而是要说明：

港大想了解的是你，不是整个团队。

4.4 可以写稿，但不要背稿

更推荐的做法：每道题只记几个关键词，比如「结论—背景—行动—结果—反思」，按照这个框架自然讲，效果会比背一篇英语作文好很多。

五、录制实操指南

5.1 环境与设备

| 设备 | 提前测试摄像头、麦克风，确保画面声音无瑕疵 

| 环境 | 安静、光线均匀（自然光最佳），背景整洁 

| 着装 | 浅色上衣，正装或干净休闲均可，不要穿睡衣 

| 美颜 | 禁用美颜功能，招生系统可能自动检测画面失真 

| 眼神 | 看摄像头（模拟与面试官对视），不要看屏幕里的自己 

| 拍摄角度 | 镜头与眼睛平齐，画面中面部占 1/3 以上 

画面普通一点问题不大，但声音太小、杂音太多，会非常影响面试官的观看体验。

5.2 不要随意剪辑

除非学校邮件明确允许，否则不建议对视频进行明显剪辑、拼接，也不要随便加证书图片或实习证明。这个面试主要是看申请人的真实表达能力，不是看视频制作水平。
