My friend Simon is learning to cook and he invited three of us to dinner. It was not an easy task for him, because we like different food. I like salty dishes. My friend Emily prefers very light food. Simon’s friend Katy only likes food rich in sugar. Well, the Indian dish Simon cooked for us was so hot that Katy couldn’t finish it. But Simon himself likes it very much. There was also so much oil in the food that Emily later went on a diet for a week. Anyway, I loved it! We all think it’s great that Simon learns to cook.
