1. 踩分点扣分（每题 1.5-2 分）

Ø一个踩分点完全错译或完全漏译，扣0.5 分

Ø一个踩分点部分错译但核心语义正确，扣0.25 分

Ø一个踩分点语序颠倒但语义正确，不扣分

2. 整体语言扣分（每题 0-0.5 分）

这是很多考生容易忽略的分数，官方明确规定每个句子有0.5 分的整体语言表达分：

Ø译文流畅自然，符合中文表达习惯，得0.5 分

Ø译文基本通顺，但有少量生硬表达，得0.25 分

Ø译文生硬晦涩，逻辑混乱，需要反复阅读才能理解，得0 分

3. 严重错误扣分

Ø译文与原文意思完全相反，该句得0 分

Ø出现严重语法错误导致语义完全无法理解，该句得0 分

Ø整句只翻译了个别单词，不成句子，该句得0 分

4. 不扣分的情况

Ø个别单词拼写错误（如把"道德" 写成 "道得"），不影响理解，不扣分

Ø标点符号使用错误，不扣分

Ø同一概念使用不同的中文表达，只要语义准确，不扣分（如"行为准则" 和 "道德准则" 都可接受）
