School is not just a place for learning knowledge,but also a community where we connect with classmates. It is extremely vital to keep a good relationship with classmates. Because harmonious friendship can bring us happiness and help us grow up healthily.
To get along well with others, first, we should be polite and respect each other. Second, we need to learn to share and care about our classmates.Third, we’d better be good listeners when others are in trouble.If we have disagreements or arguments,we should stay calm, communicate patiently and try to understand others’ feelings.
In short, getting on well with others makes our campus full of warmth. Let’s build a harmonious campus and grow happily together.

School is not just a place for learning knowledge, but also a community where we connect with classmates.I firmly believe that building a good relationship with classmates is extremelyimportant. A harmoniousfriendship creates a positive and supportive learning environment, allowing us to share joy and overcome difficulties together.
To get along well with classmates, I always follow three principles.First, I show respect by listening carefully when others speak.Second, I am willing to help when someone is in trouble, such as sharing notes or explaining a difficult problem.Third, I avoid spreading rumors or laughing at others’ mistakes, because everyone deserves to be treated kindly.
When getting into an argument with a classmate, I will stay calm and avoid shouting. Instead, I will listen to their point of view first, then express my feelings politely. Finally, I will try to find a fair solutiontogether. If necessary, I will ask a teacher for help.

我们在审题阶段，有学生问我，题目给了三个要点，第三个要点--当与同学发生冲突时怎么办，应该放在第二段还是第三段呢？
这就又说到我们写作之前的审题环节了，一般情况下，动笔之前，我都要求孩子们要理清四个问题：

三明确；
四布局；
就这个作文来说，三个要点，可以有两种布局：
布局1：
Para.1:写与同学相处的重要性；
Para.2:写与同学相处的三个方法；
Para.3:写与同学发生冲突时怎么办；
布局2：
Para.1:写与同学相处的重要性；
Para.2:写与同学相处的三个方法+与同学发生冲突时怎么办；
Para.3:总结；
布局1省事儿，省在第三段写冲突了，就不用再搜肠刮肚写总结了；
布局2要求会高一点，因为还需要写总结；
