The sky is high and the clouds are light;

He who has never been to the Great Wall is not a true man;
We have covered twenty thousand li with all our might.
These powerful lines are taken from a famous Chinese Ci, Qing Ping Yue · Liupan Mountain. It was written by Mao Zedong. For generations, they have inspired countless Chinese people to have deep love for our motherland and strong courage.
Recently, a touching video of a young girl has spread widely online and received more than 4 million likes. Driven by her deep love for traditional culture, she traveled over 1,700 kilometers to visit the Badaling Great Wall. Standing on what she called “the backbone of our nation,” she felt greatly inspired. She decided to record herself reciting her favorite lyric poem. Her trembling voice and sincere emotions moved all the visitors around her. They joined in reciting the poem aloud together. The whole scene was filled with warmth and pride, showing their deep love for the country and traditional culture.
This story has made textbook-themed tours more popular across China. Textbooks mention many famous places of interest. Students show great interest in them and hope to visit by themselves. Many families now choose their travel destinations according to textbooks. They learn about history and culture, experience local customs, and make their trips more meaningful.
Textbook-themed tours build a wonderful bridge between “reading ten thousand books” and “traveling ten thousand miles.” They deepen students' understanding of their lessons. At the same time, children can get closer to China's excellent traditional culture.

Do you feel stressed and worried as a middle school student? Do you push yourself too hard, always hoping to be perfect and never make mistakes? Have you ever blamed yourself for failing a test? If so, a popular online trend called “Love Laoji” can help you change.
“Laoji” is a warm name people use to call themselves, just like addressing an old friend. This trend encourages you to treat yourself kindly rather than be too strict, just as you would treat your best friend. When you feel tired or upset, speak to yourself gently. Instead of saying “I'm so stupid,” you can say, “It's okay, Laoji. Let's take a break and try again.” It allows you to pause for a while without feeling guilty.
“Laoji” is always with you—there when you feel lonely, and there when joy fills your heart. “Love Laoji” is about giving yourself warm support. All you need is to change your way of thinking. You don't have to be perfect to be loved. Accepting your mistakes and caring for your feelings will help you stay positive. Learn to love yourself by being gentle and kind to yourself.
Practicing “Love Laoji” daily truly works wonders. It drives negative thoughts away, reduces your stress, and helps you realize that your worth never depends on grades or achievements. Peter and his family have celebrated Earth Day for as long as he can remember. Each spring, they plant more trees.
This year, Peter invited some friends to join in the tree-planting on Earth Day.
“Did you know that each day, one mature tree produces enough oxygen for four people to breathe?” Peter asked his friends excitedly. He continued, “But that's not all. Trees also absorb carbon dioxide.”
“My parents have always encouraged me to care for the earth,” he explained to his friends. “They say that what is good for the earth is good for everyone. So we should respect our planet and keep it healthy.”
When the trees arrived, they made sure they had plenty of water. They headed out to the field and started digging.
“First, dig a big hole,” explained Peter, who knew what he was doing after years of practice. “Make sure the roots fit into the hole. Pour a little water into the hole and put your tree inside. Then, cover the roots and fill the hole with soil. Use your feet to pack it in well around the new tree.”
It was clear that this young boy took pride in what he and his family did each spring. “We don't have to plant hundreds of trees,” said Peter's father. “Even if you can only plant one tree each year, it will add up over time. As the saying goes, every little bit helps.”
Peter's family set aside the whole weekend for planting trees. And so did Peter's friends.

70. What is the best title for the text?

As March starts a new school term, “Health First” is very important in education. Schools must offer enough PE lessons and at least two hours of daily exercise. Tsinghua University sets a very good example by stopping all classes after 5 p.m. to make sure students have enough time to relax and exercise. It also encourages students to take part in all kinds of outdoor activities and makes a swimming test necessary for graduation.

Before doing sports, you are supposed to spend enough time doing warm-up exercises, such as stretching your arms and legs, moving your neck and waist. It can protect your muscles and joints from being hurt. Besides, you should not exercise on an empty stomach or right after meals. And remember to wear comfortable sports clothes and shoes.
While exercising, you should choose suitable sports according to your physical conditions and never push yourselves too hard. It's wise to stop and rest when you feel tired or uncomfortable. Please follow the rules in PE classes and avoid running or jumping in a dangerous way. What's more, you can drink a little warm water when you are thirsty instead of drinking too much at a time.
After exercising, you shouldn't sit or lie down immediately. Instead, you can do some relaxing activities to cool down. What's more, don't forget to put on clothes in time to keep warm.
Health is very important for everyone and it's the basis of study. So keep exercising every day to build strong bodies and strong wills.
