CIE IGCSE经济真题讲解:8分大题怎么写?

今天以真题为例，为大家讲解CIE IGCSE经济Paper2最难题型，8分大题的答题思路。

我们先来看真题（Q4, Paper21，June 2023）：

对于8分题，结构其实并不难，只要做到从正反两面进行分析就可以。

以这道题为例，题目问到一个国家的汇率升值是否会对这个国家的经济有利？我们就需要从正反两面来写：

Part1: a rise in a country's exchange rate may benefit its economy

Part2: a rise in a country's exchange rate may not benefit its economy

8分题，我建议大家正反两面至少各写3个点。

Part1可以参考以下这些points：

• Consumers may be able to afford more imported goods and services, increasing their living standard.

• If the country depends largely on imported raw materials and components,  a rise in a country's exchange rate may reduce cost of production and increase the competitiveness of the country's products.

• The fall in prices of imports and cost of production may reduce inflation pressure.

• If the country's current account is in surplus, a rise in a country's exchange rate may correct the surplus. This help achieving current account balance.

Part2可以参考以下这些points：

• The prices of the country's exports mar rise, becoming less  internationally competitive.

• Export revenue may fall due to higher prices, so the country's aggregate demand may fall as well. As a result, both national output and employments may decrease.

• This may cause a current account deficit which means that a country is consuming more goods and services than what it is producing.

最后，对于想拿到6-8分的同学们来讲，你的答案需要满足以下标准：

1. 理解题目，不要跑题。

2. 要有清晰的写作结构，必须要从正反两面来分析。

3. 分析时，要逻辑清晰，有理有据。

4. 能够运用学过的经济理论来分析现实中的现象。

5. 能够从多个角度来分析，并能考虑到一些不确定性和特殊情况。这一点较难，大多数同学能做到以上4点就足够了。
