GRE（研究生入学考试）由美国ETS主办，是全球认可度极高的研究生入学标准化考试，适用于理工科、人文社科、商科等多专业的硕士、博士及MBA申请。考试分为普通考试（General Test）和专业考试（Subject Test），多数申请者只需参加普通考试。
2023年改革后，普通考试时长缩短至2小时内，含分析性写作（1篇，30分钟）、文字推理和数量推理（各27题），取消实验题。计分方面，语文和数学各130-170分，总分260-340分，写作0-6分（0.5分进制）。考试采用机考形式，每月设多个考试日，成绩10-15天送达院校，有效期5年。

GRE (Graduate Record Examinations), administered by ETS, is a highly recognized standardized test for graduate admissions worldwide. It applies to applications for master's, doctoral, and MBA programs in various fields including science, engineering, humanities, social sciences, and business.
It consists of General Test and Subject Test, with most applicants only needing to take the General Test. Since the 2023 reform, the General Test duration has been cut to under 2 hours, including 1 Analytical Writing task (30 mins), 27 Verbal Reasoning questions, and 27 Quantitative Reasoning questions, with the experimental section removed.
Scores range from 130-170 for both Verbal and Quantitative sections (total 260-340) and 0-6 for Writing (in 0.5-point increments). Delivered via computer, the test is available on multiple dates monthly. Scores are sent to institutions in 10-15 days and remain valid for 5 years.
