在中考英语的语法考点中，动词后接动名词（doing） 是单选、完形、语法填空的高频失分点。

一、必背：只接doing的动词（V+doing）
这类动词后面只能跟动名词，不能跟不定式，是中考最基础的考点，建议结合口诀记忆，效率更高！
💡记忆口诀：
喜欢练习完成，介意想象避免。
错过坚持冒险，建议考虑承认。
✅ enjoy (喜欢) → enjoy doing sth.
例:She enjoys reading storybooks.
（她喜欢读故事书。）
✅ practice (练习) → practice doing sth.
例:You should practice speaking English every day.
（你应该每天练习说英语。）
✅ finish (完成) → finish doing sth.
例:He finished doing his homework at 9:00.
（他九点钟做完了作业。）
✅ mind (介意) → mind doing sth.
例:Would you mind opening the window?
（你介意打开窗户吗？）
✅ imagine (想象) → imagine doing sth.
例:Can you imagine living on the moon?
（你能想象住在月球上吗？）
✅ avoid (避免) → avoid doing sth.
例:We should avoid making the same mistake.
（我们应该避免犯同样的错误。）
✅ miss (错过) → miss doing sth.
例:Don't miss watching the football match.
（别错过看这场足球赛。）
✅ keep (保持，坚持) → keep doing sth.
例:Keep trying, and you will succeed.
（坚持尝试，你就会成功。）
✅ risk（冒险） → risk doing sth.
例:He risked losing his job.
（他冒着失去工作的风险。）
✅ suggest (建议) → suggest doing sth.
例:He suggested going for a walk.
（他建议去散步。）
✅ consider (考虑) → consider doing sth.
例:I am considering changing my job.
（我正在考虑换工作。）
✅ admit (承认) → admit doing sth.
例:He admitted breaking the window.
（他承认打破了窗户。）
二、高频考点：介词to+doing
这是中考最容易出错的地方！很多同学看到to就以为是不定式，直接跟do，其实这里的to是介词，后面必须接doing，一定要重点记！
✅ look forward to (期待) → look forward to doing sth.
例:I look forward to meeting you soon.
（我期待很快见到你。）
✅ pay attention to (注意) → pay attention to doing sth.
例:Please pay attention to listening to the teacher.
（请注意听老师讲课。）
✅ be used to (习惯于) → be used to doing sth.
例:He is used to getting up early.
（他习惯早起。）
✅ stick to (坚持) → stick to doing sth.
例:We should stick to studying hard.
（我们应该坚持努力学习。）
✅ devote...to... (致力于) → devote oneself to doing sth.
She devotes herself to teaching children.
（她致力于教孩子们。）
三、固定搭配：常见短语+doing
除了单个动词，这些固定短语后也必须接doing，在完形填空和写作中经常用到，积累下来能提升表达准确度！
1️⃣ be busy doing sth. 忙于做某事
例：She is busy preparing for the exam.
（她忙于准备考试。）
2️⃣ be worth doing sth. 值得做某事
例：The book is worth reading.
（这本书值得一读。）
3️⃣ feel like doing sth. 想要做某事
例：I feel like eating ice cream.
（我想吃冰激凌。）
4️⃣ can't help doing sth. 情不自禁做某事
例：She can't help laughing when she hears the joke.
（她听到那个笑话的时候情不自禁的笑了。）
5️⃣ give up doing sth. 放弃做某事
例：Don't give up learning English.
（不要放弃学习英文。）
6️⃣ end up doing sth. 以做某事告终
例：He ended up staying at home.
（他最终还是待在家里了。）
四、核心句型：It's...+doing
这是中考写作和单选的常考句型，结构固定，直接套用即可，简单又好用！
1️⃣ It's no use doing sth. 做某事没用
例：It's no use crying over spilt milk.
（覆水难收。）
2️⃣ It's no good doing sth. 做某事没好处
例：It's no good staying up late.
（熬夜没好处。）
3️⃣ It's a waste of time doing sth. 做某事浪费时间
例：It's a waste of time playing computer games all day.
（整天玩电脑游戏真是浪费时间。）
五、易混辨析：to do & doing
很多动词既可以接to do也可以接doing，但含义完全不同，这是考试的“陷阱”，一定要分清！
1. stop to do & stop doing
- stop to do：停下来去做另一件事（to do表目的）
例：He stopped to smoke.（他停下来去抽烟）
- stop doing：停止正在做的事
例：He stopped smoking.（他戒烟了）
2. remember/forget to do & doing
- to do：动作未发生（记得/忘记要去做）
例：Remember to close the door.（记得关门，还没关）
- doing：动作已发生（记得/忘记做过）
例：I remember closing the door.（我记得关过门，已经关了）
3. try to do & try doing
- try to do：努力去做（尽力）
例：He tries to learn English well.（他努力学好英语）
- try doing：试着做（尝试方法）
例：Try reading the book, it's interesting.（试着读这本书，很有趣）
