Celebrated on the 15th day of the first lunar month, the Lantern Festival is one of the most important traditional festivals in China. It has a history of about 2000 years and is deeply loved by people.

During the Lantern Festival, people get together to enjoy colorful lanterns and performances, which symbolizes reunion and happiness. In additon, playing lantern riddle games is also a popular tradional activity. Correctly answering these riddles usually earns participants small gifts. Apart from the above activities, the Lantern Festival is also a time to eat tangyuan as it is believed to bring good luck and strenthen the family bond. After experiencing the activities of the Lantern Festival, I feel a sense of joy and belonging.
