故事情节设计其实很简单，需要有跌宕起伏，对于80词的作文就更加容易了，跑步一开始顺利，中间同学摔倒了，我抛开荣誉去帮助他完赛，大家为我们鼓掌，就按照这个思路写，大家基本都能想到。
尾段：表达感受，呼应主题。
现在开始写作：
Last Friday morning, a sports meeting was held on our school sports ground. I took part in a running race with my classmates, and something unforgettable happened.
At the beginning, I had a good start and ran fast. Suddenly, one of my classmates fell over on the track. I stopped at once and helped him stand up. We decided to finish the race together. Although we were the last to cross the line, everyone cheered for us warmly.
At that moment, I felt very proud. The race taught me that helping others is more important than winning, and teamwork makes us stronger.
