How is everything going?
In order to promote Chinese food culture and enrich students’ campus life, our school held a food festival in the dining room last Friday.
During the activity, the cooks from our school introduced traditional styles of cooking and cooked many famous dishes like stinky tofu and Gong Bao Chicken. Many students enjoyed traditional food and watched the process of cooking. They also cooked by themselves with the help of the cooks. All the students spoke highly of this activity which let them have a better understanding of China’s rich and profound food culture.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

How is everything going? It is one of the most well-known traditional folk arts in China. Last week, our class held a class meeting on the theme of our favorite non-material cultural heritage. Half of the students like pottery. One third of the students like traditional festivals, such as Dragon Boat Festival, Spring Festival and so on. I like paper-cutting. Because its patterns have a special beauty. I really expect that the inheritor will guide us to the colorful world of traditional culture.
The non-material cultural heritage is the wealth of our country. By learning those skills, students can learn more about China’s rich culture. At the same time, learning it can help students develop a sense of national pride. What’s more, after learning it, students will have a chance to become inheritors and help pass down intangible cultural heritage.
Looking forward to your reply.
