初三第一次月考越来越近了。英语作文 15 分，是整张卷子里最容易提前准备的一块——因为范围几乎锁得死死的：开学三周，新课只讲到九年级上册 Unit 1-2。
也就是说，作文题只会在两类话题里选：Unit 1 变化类（考现在完成时 + used to）和 Unit 2 人物类（考 It is adj for/of sb to do）。题目会换皮——家乡变化换成我的变化，介绍敬佩的人换成影响我的人——但骨架一模一样。这份手册把两类话题的骨架拆开，押 8 道题，每道配审题思路 + 满分范文 + 亮点批注。
1、为什么敢押这两类
判断依据很简单：月考作文必然考“本单元学了什么”。U1 的现在完成时和 used to 是初中阶段最后一次大时态，U2 的 it 句型是阅卷老师判“有没有学过本单元”的直接依据——范文里不用上，就等于白学。

时态铁律：in the past / years ago → 过去时；in the past few years / since → 现在完成时；now / today → 一般现在时。这是变化类最大的扣分点。

题目：假设你是李华，英国笔友 Peter 想了解你家乡的变化。写一封邮件，包括过去的样子、现在的变化、你的感受。词数 80 左右。

In the past, the roads were narrow and muddy, and people used to live in small old houses.
However, things are quite different now. With the development of our city, wide roads and a new subway have been built. What's more, many villagers sell their fruit online, and their lives have improved a lot.
I'm really proud of these changes. I believe my hometown will have an even brighter future. I'm looking forward to your reply.
这篇范文一句话里藏了三个考点：完成时开篇、used to 写过去、被动语态 + 完成时写现在——阅卷老师扫到 have been built 这种句子，分数档就直接上去了。手册里每道题都有这样的逐句批注，告诉你哪句在加分、能迁移到什么话题。
