Helping Grandparents Go Online

At Sunshine Community Centre, a group of middle school volunteers meets every Saturday. Their task is unusual but kind: they teach older people how to use smartphones. Many grandparents want to video-call their grandchildren, pay bills, or read the news online, but they find the small screens difficult.
