英语通知(Notice/Announcement)作文主要分为书面通知和口头通知两种，两者的格式和语言风格有所不同。掌握核心框架、常用句型及高分技巧，即可轻松应对各类通知写作。
一、书面通知(Written Notice)
书面通知通常用于张贴、发布在公告栏或通过邮件发送，语言正式、简洁，格式规范。

1.格式结构

·标题(Title):居中写“Notice”或“Announcement”，首字母大写。

·正文(Body):左对齐，分段清晰，包含活动/会议的目的、时间、地点、内容、要求及注意事项。

·Who(对象):明确通知的受众(如:all students / members) .
·What(内容):简述活动流程、会议议程或具体要求。
·How(要求/注意事项):明确报名截止时间、携带物品、着装要求等。
3.高分句型与模板
·开头(引出目的):In order to enrich our
campus life, an English speech contest will be held... / With the aim of improving students' oral English, we are to hold...
·中间(交代细节):The event is scheduled to take place on [date] at [time] in [location]. / The activity will include... / Participants are required to... / Please be sure to arrive on time.

二、口头通知(Oral Announcement)
口头通知通常用于面对面的广播、班会或现场宣告，语言相对口语化，带有互动性，格式相对灵活。
1.格式结构
·称呼(Salutation):开头使用称呼语，如:Boys and girls, / Ladies and gentlemen, / Dear classmates.
·开场白(Attention-getter):使用引起注意的语句，如:May I have your attention,please?/ Attention, please! / I have an announcement to

口头通知范文示例：
题目:假定你是班长，向全班同学口头通知“明天去市博物馆参观”的安排。

Boys and girls,
May I have your attention, please? I have an important announcement to make.
Tomorrow, we are going to visit the city
museum. We will gather at the school gate at8:00 AM and take a bus there. The visit will last until 4:00 PM. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring your notebooks. During the visit, please keep quiet and follow the guide's instructions.

      Hello, boys and girls! Here is some information about our trip to the Changbai Mountain.

Notice

    Recently, in order to stimulate students' enthusiasm for labor and encourage students to actively participate in labor practice, our school is planning the first Campus Labor Day. 

     As scheduled, it will be held on December 1st on the playground. By then, there will be many activities you can take part in, including sweeping up the fallen leaves on the playground, cleaning exercise equipment and so on. It is important to note that participants need to prepare their own tools for cleanirng. I hope that with everyone's efforts, our playground can become much cleaner and tidier.
