In the past three years, I’ve changed a lot. I used to be shy, but now I’m more confident and brave to face challenges.

为守护绿水青山、建设美丽中国，我国在2026年3月正式通过生态环境领域专门法典，《中华人民共和国生态环境法典》，作为中学生，我们应该从身边小事做起，为环境保护贡献自己的力量。

Our country protects the environment with laws,as students,we can do a lot to make our country beautiful .
First, we can walk instead of taking cars to reduce pollution. Second, we should save water and electricity—remember to turn off lights and taps when leaving a room. Third, we should refuse single-use products.

七 合理使用手机等电子产品
现在，手机、平板等电子产品已经成了我们生活里的必备工具，它们能帮我们查资料、学知识，也能让我们放松娱乐，但是很多孩子沉迷网络，影响学习，作为中学生，我们应该如何正确使用手机，谈一下你的观点。

1. 明确用途，以学习为主：用电子产品辅助学习（查资料、上网课），不沉迷游戏和短视频。
2. 控制时长，保护身心健康，定时休息，保护视力，不熬夜玩手机。

Nowadays, many students use electronic products like phones and computers. They are useful for studying, but we must use them wisely.
First, we should mainly use them to look up information or take online lessons, not just play games or watch videos. Second, we need to control the time—use them for less than one hour a day and take breaks to protect our eyes. Third, we should make rules with our parents and spend more time on outdoor activities.

据统计，我国国民每年人均只读约4.8本纸质书，坚持深度阅读的人仅占13.5%，相反，超过八成的人每天大量时间在上网和刷手机，阅读率偏低。阅读是获取知识、提升素养、丰富精神世界的重要途径，我们应该重视阅读。

Nowadays, Chinese people read too few books. On average, an adult reads only about 4.8books a year, and just a small number of people read regularly. However, more than 80% of people spend much time surfing the Internet or using mobile phones.
Reading is very important. It can enrich our knowledge, broaden our horizons and improve our thinking skills. As students, we should spend less time on screens and make time for reading every day.
Let’s develop a good reading habit and enjoy the beauty of books.
