中考的考场里，从来不是比谁更听话、更 “守规矩”，而是比谁更懂规则、更会利用规则。

很多家长从小教孩子 “要老实、别惹事”，可到了考场上，过度的 “老实”，反而会让孩子白白丢掉本该拿到的分数。中考监考老师，见过太多孩子因为不敢举手要草稿纸、不敢跳题、不敢提前看卷，把本该稳稳拿到的分拱手让人。今天把这些监考时的 “实战经验” 整理出来，帮孩子避开这些隐形陷阱。

Many parents teach their children to "be honest and not make trouble" from a young age. However, in the exam room, excessive obedience can cost them points they should have earned. Having proctored the middle school entrance exam for six years, I've seen too many students lose marks simply because they were too shy to ask for scratch paper, too hesitant to skip difficult questions, or too rigid to preview the test paper early. Today, I'll share these on-the-ground experiences to help your child avoid these hidden pitfalls.

一、别等 “开始答题” 才动笔，这 5 分钟是你白捡的优势

中考会提前 5 分钟发卷，老师会说 “请检查试卷，不要动笔答题”。很多 “老实” 的孩子就真的坐着不动，等着指令再开始。但聪明的孩子早就知道：这 5 分钟，只要不动笔，就不算违规。

The exam papers are distributed five minutes early, with instructions to "check the test, but do not write". Many obedient students sit still waiting for the signal, but smart students know: these five minutes are yours to use, as long as you don't write.

利用这 5 分钟，快速浏览选择题，在心里敲定答案；语文和英语可以提前看作文题目，在脑子里搭建写作框架。等答题指令一响，你已经比别人快了一步，省下的不仅是时间，更是心态上的从容。

Use this time to quickly read through the multiple-choice questions and mentally lock in answers. For Chinese and English, preview the essay prompt and outline your response. When the exam officially begins, you'll already be ahead, saving time and easing your nerves.

二、草稿纸别省，用完就举手要，要多少有多少

不少孩子觉得问老师要草稿纸是 “添麻烦”，一张纸正反两面写满，最后只能在试卷空白处演算，结果卷面乱糟糟，还容易算错。

Many students are afraid to "bother" the teacher for more scratch paper, scribbling all over both sides of one sheet and even on the exam paper itself, leading to messy work and careless mistakes.

但考场的草稿纸是免费提供的，用完了就举手要，老师不会有任何不满。我监考时见过一个孩子，整场考试只用了一张草稿纸，最后因为步骤混乱算错了一道 10 分的大题，实在可惜。草稿纸越整洁，你的思路越清晰，分数才越稳。

Scratch paper is provided free of charge, so raise your hand and ask for more when you run out—teachers won't mind. I once saw a student use only one sheet for the entire exam, and lose 10 points on a major problem because their calculations were too disorganized. Neat scratch work leads to clear thinking and stable scores.

三、别死磕难题，不会的立刻跳过，老师不会对你有看法

很多孩子觉得，跳过难题是 “不认真” 的表现，哪怕后面的大题没时间做，也要硬着头皮死磕到底。可中考看的是总分，不是你有没有啃下最难的那道题。

Many students feel that skipping a difficult question means they're "not trying hard enough," so they stubbornly waste time even if it means missing the easier questions later. But the exam is scored on your total points, not on whether you solve the hardest problem.

遇到卡壳的题，立刻标记跳过，先把所有会做的题稳稳拿下，再回头啃难题。别因为一道题的得失，影响了整张试卷的节奏。

When you hit a wall, mark the question and move on. Secure all the points you can get first, then come back to the tough ones. Don't let one problem throw off the rhythm of your entire exam.

四、别把答案全堆在草稿纸，做完一道大题就抄到答题卡上

有些孩子习惯把所有答案写在草稿纸上，等全做完再一起抄到答题卡上。可结果往往是时间不够抄不完，或是抄错了题号，后面的答案全错，白白丢了几十分。

Some students prefer to write all their answers on scratch paper and copy them to the answer sheet at the end. This often leads to running out of time, misnumbering answers, and losing dozens of points when the entire sequence is wrong.

最稳妥的做法是：做完一道大题，就把答案抄到答题卡上，抄的时候核对一遍题号，确保万无一失。

The safest approach is to copy your answers to the answer sheet after completing each major section, double-checking the question numbers to avoid mistakes.

中考不是一场比谁更听话的比赛，而是一场比谁更懂规则、更会为自己争取优势的博弈。这些 “不老实” 的做法，没有一个是违规的，全是帮孩子提分的实用技巧。

The middle school entrance exam is not a test of obedience, but a game of knowing the rules and using them to your advantage. None of these "unconventional" tips are against the rules; they're all practical strategies to help your child gain points.

离中考还有时间，让孩子把这些技巧记在心里，平时模考就开始练习，养成习惯，到了考场才能从容不迫，发挥出最好的水平。
