应用文如信件，电子邮件、演讲稿等，综合了记叙文，说明文，议论文等各种文体，在中考书面表达中占有一定的比例。此类文章特点明显，目的性强，在写作时要注意写清楚写作目的，事情原委。
开头：
1.I am writing to express my views concerning……
我写此信来表达我关于……的观点
2.You have asked me for my advice about…，and I will try to make some conducive suggestions.
对于你来信问我关于……的事，现提供几条有益的建议。
3.I would like to suggest that ……
我建议……
4.why not…/why don't you…
为什么不……呢？
5.I think it will be a good idea/more beneficial if you could……
如果你可以……/如果可以……将会是一个好主意/将会更有益。
6.It is important to …/It helps to…/It should be a good idea to…
……是重要的/……是有帮助的/……会是一个好主意。
7.I am writing to put up some suggestions on……
我写信来提供一些关于……的建议。
结尾：
