本文档将2004年至2023年上海中考英语真题中的句型转换题按考点分为十一大类别，每道题均标注年份，便于考生针对性训练。

高频考点统计总览

限于篇幅，本文只讲述 “两疑问一否定”，其他八个考点会陆续推出。

类别一：改为一般疑问句

这类题要求将陈述句改为一般疑问句。核心规则是：根据原句的时态和谓语动词类型，选择正确的助动词（Do/Does/Did/Can/Will等）并将其提至句首，同时将原句中的实义动词还原为原形。

考查频率：共12次，其中以一般现在时第三人称单数的Does...do结构出现最多。

类别二：改为否定句

这类题要求将陈述句改为否定句。核心规则是：在助动词或情态动词后加not；若无助动词，则根据时态引入don‘t/doesn’t/didn‘t，并将原动词还原为原形。同时注意将句中的some改为any，already改为yet等连带变化。

考查频率：共7次。注意“Tell...please”这类祈使句的否定形式是在句首加Don‘t。

类别三：对划线部分提问

这类题要求对句子中的特定成分进行提问。核心规则是：根据划线部分的类型选择正确的疑问词（who/what/where/when/why/how/how many/how much/how often/how long/how soon/how far等），然后将剩余部分改为一般疑问句语序。
