Therefore, encouraging university study can strengthen a nation’s long‑term competitiveness.

On the other hand, promoting vocational training is equally necessary. Every society relies heavily on skilled workers such as electricians, builders, mechanics and technicians. In many countries, there is a growing shortage of skilled labour, leading to higher wages and better job security for manual and technical workers. Encouraging young people to choose these careers can solve labour shortages and support economic stability.

By offering a flexible and inclusive education system, societies can ensure that all young people can develop their strengths and contribute to the country in suitable ways.
