Qantas maintained relatively high fares, charging around 620 AUD for routes to Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide, while Jetstar experienced the most dramatic increases in ticket prices, which climbed to about 620 AUD for Brisbane and reached roughly 650 AUD for Adelaide, making it the most expensive option on those routes.
