昨天decisions难倒一片，怪我没有讲清楚。为什么先行词是decisions，谓语动词却用has？
这个锅不应该由decisions来背，而是和前面的a series of有关，将a series of decisions视为一个整体，a series of sth. 后的谓语动词一般用单数。
