     I ' m Peter . I was quiet and not very outgoing . Many of my classmates often played a trick on me , so I used to get very sad about it .
    I still remember one thing that happened in Grade 7. One day in an art lesson , just while the teacher was out , a big boy took away my pencil box , threw it across the room and sat back down . Later on , he took my schoolbag and pulled it towards him . I pulled back the schoolbag from his hand and for the first time , I pushed him away and hit him hard on the back . In the rest of the lesson , I felt worried . I did nothing but imagined what was happening next .
      Then the teacher came to me ," Peter , are you OK ?"
       " Yes ," I answered .

       There we had a long talk . He taught me some life lessons , and said ," Get up , and believe in yourself . Remember you are stronger inside , and if others see this , they will stop playing a trick on you ." He made me smile and I became confident again . From then on , every time I walked to school , I put my head high on the way , and other students never played a trick on me .

    We often set two or more alarms to wake ourselves up in time . However , it might not be a good idea .
    A good sleep has four periods . During the first period , we enter a light sleep . Our body relaxes , and our heart beats more slowly . As we fall deeper into sleep , the second period starts .
