What Longer Break Time Brings Me

This term,we have five more minutes for break time.During the longer break time,I can do more sports and have a better rest. Basketball is my favorite.I have more time to practice it with my friends.It's a good time for me to take in some fresh air and enjoy the sunshine.

Sports make me stronger and healthier.Besides,enough rest makes me more relaxed so I can study more carefully than before. I even have time to share something interesting with my classmates. I'm more outgoing and happier now.

I like the longer break time because it not only makes my school life colorful but also helps me keep healthy.
