I am Wei Ke from Beijing, the capital of China. In the middle of the ancient city of Beijing is the Palace Museum, also called the Forbidden City. The emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties used to live there. It was turned into a museum in 1925. With wonderful buildings and art treasures inside, it is well worth a visit.Next to the Palace Museum is Tian’anmen Square, one of the biggest city squares in the world. Many tourists like to gather there early in the morning to watch the raising of the national flag.
